Wubbles Privacy Policy

Wubbles is a private relationship app for two linked partners. This policy explains what information Wubbles handles and how it is used.

Information Wubbles handles

• Account information supplied by your sign-in provider, such as your name, email address, profile image, and account identifier.
• Content you choose to submit, including task answers, task photos, pairing information, pet settings, anniversary information, Connection Compass scores, and app preferences.
• Progress information needed for app features, such as coins, streaks, achievements, inventory, task completion, and shared pet-care activity.
• Limited product-interaction information, such as app opens, sessions, screens viewed, feature use, platform, and app version. This analytics information does not include the contents of task answers or photos.
• Technical information required to operate the service, secure accounts, diagnose failures, and deliver enabled notifications.

How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate you, provide and synchronize Wubbles features, understand and improve product engagement, protect the service, respond to support requests, and maintain reliable operation. Wubbles does not sell personal information or use submitted relationship content for advertising.

Sharing with your partner

Your linked partner can see shared pet care and relationship settings. Task responses are private on the day they are submitted and become available to the linked partner through the app after the reveal date. Connection Compass results remain private to the account that completed the quiz.

Security

Wubbles uses encrypted network connections, private database access rules, and protected storage. Task answers and uploaded task photos receive an additional layer of application encryption.

Service providers

Wubbles relies on infrastructure providers, including Supabase for authentication, database, storage, server functions, and first-party product analytics, and Vercel for the web application. Wubbles does not currently send product analytics to a third-party advertising analytics SDK. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can permanently delete your account and its associated data from Menu → Danger Zone inside Wubbles.

Children

Wubbles is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

This policy may be updated as Wubbles changes. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are made.
